Barb Iannucci, who grew up 5 minutes away from the Park Building and graduated from the U's computer science program, said she was drawn to a career here because she had become attached to the interesting people and the vibrancy of campus.

The associate director, who models his leadership style after his first boss, said trust is crucial in order for employees to thrive in the workplace.

The Information Technology Services leader, who considers herself a Midwesterner and credits her parents for her interest in health care IT, aims to create a true digital health experience for the community and holds a host of hobbies, including snorkeling, baking, and card-making.

The associate director — who loves to spend time with family, travel, and fish — is interested in measuring the customer experience, staying focused on solutions, and advancing the U's mission.

The associate director for USS Quality Assurance and GIS started out as systems engineer at IBM, where he became involved in QA and testing. A lot of professional and personal opportunities followed.
